Preparing an Actor's Body

Acting is primal so the body is arguably the best starting point. This workshop looks at developing an actor's body which can be open, supple and strong. The exercises and methods that are used have been derived from various training practices, some of them also from forms such as Yoga, Kalaripayattu and Kutiyattam.

This workshop is also be an initiation into a process which if embraced with rigour and discipline can give you rich dividends with time
